Mary Berkeley (bef. 1671 – 3 June 1741), married Walter Chetwynd, 1st Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven on 27 May 1703 in St. Martin-in-the-Fields in Church, Covent Garden, London.

His eldest son Walter was created Viscount Chetwynd, a title to which his other two sons succeeded.
Walter Chetwynd, 1st Viscount Chetwynd (3 June 1678 – 21 February 1736), of Rudge and Ingestre, Staffordshire, succeeded in 1693 to the Ingestre estates on the death of his cousin Walter Chetwynd (1633–1693).
