In 2012 Amery joined forces with DFL vocalist Tom Paul Davis (Crazy Tom), guitarist Greg Hetson (Circle Jerks, Bad Religion) and skate legend Tony "Mad Dog" Alva on bass forming the Hardcore Punk band G.F.P. General Fucking Principle.
