William Roger "Bill" Moss (1935–2005), community leader, political activist, and one-time music impresario in Ohio, U.S.A.
Founded by Bill Moss, a local singer and DJ at WVKO in Columbus, Capsoul released just a dozen 45's and one highly sought after LP resulting in a few regional hits.
His work, and that of others such as William Leggo in Canada led to a revolution in printing and eventually to the mass marketing around the world of newspapers and magazines and books which combined photographs with traditional text.
On May 1, 1973 Moss was also the first to call for the House to set up procedures for a bill of impeachment during the Watergate scandal.
He was a dedicated Jeffersonian Democrat and strong supporter of Congressman John Moss and Governor Edmund Brown of California, serving in the honorary capacities in the campaigns of the later both for attorney general and for governor.
